Around the plants which were chosen for local livelihood development, local traditional experts handle the IK investigation duty. After their investigation, project helps local knowledge learning processes by training, visits and experiments.

Follow local participatory development plans, different villages have different project actions for sustainable agriculture. PTD action research are farmers' experiments, which will be concluded at the end of 2004.

20 women from Yunli visited the hoggery and hennery in Luquan and Wuding at the beginning of March 2005.
