In October 30 to 31 of 2007, the China- US Environmental Public Interest Litigation Workshop, was co-held by Zhongnan University Economics and Law and NRDC in Wuhan. The experts,judges and lawyers related to environmental protection and resources exploitation attended the workshop, and Chen Yue, as the representative of CBIK, was invited to speak in the meeting. This workshop was favorable for boosting the cooperation between China and US in the issue of environmental public interest litigation.
